*There is no direct train route from Bandung to Serang. Travel can be made from Bandung to Jakarta (Jatinegara Station), then continue by KRL commuter train to Tanah Abang Station, and Lin Merak to Serang Station.

Serang Station (SG) located at Jl. Ki Tapa No. 2, Cimuncang, Serang, Banten, is a class I railway station and is included in the operational area (DAOP) I Jakarta. The station, which is located at an altitude of +17 meters above sea level, only serves one passenger train trip, namely the Merak Commuter Train or Lin Merak.

Being one of the cultural heritage buildings under the ownership of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI), there are not many supporting facilities owned by Serang Station. Travel from Bandung Station to Jakarta Jatinegara can be done by using Cikuray Train and Argo Parahyangan Train. The first train departs at 08.45 WIB using Cikuray Train with a journey time of about 3 hours 50 minutes.

Meanwhile, the last train from Bandung to Jatinegara is Argo Parahyangan which departs at 09.35 WIB with a journey duration of about 2 hours 53 minutes. From Jatinegara, the trip to Serang can be continued by using a commuter train (KRL Commuter Line) with the route to Tanah Abang Station.
