Is Lamps Plus online only? ›

Lamps Plus sells lighting and home decor both online as well as through our network of stores.

Material Quality. Floor lamps crafted from premium materials such as solid wood, solid brass, or hand-blown glass command higher prices. These materials contribute to both the lamp's durability and aesthetic appeal.

Returns of Online Purchases. To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, please call us at 877-704-2425 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions on how to ship back to us.

All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. We're sorry, but Lamps Plus Open Box orders cannot be returned to our Lamps Plus store locations. Open Box returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and be returned by mail to our warehouse.

Our "free shipping and free returns" offer is available to the lower 48, continental U.S. states only, not available on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico or other international destinations. Lamps Plus Open Box orders also do not qualify for "Free Shipping".
