After completing all the remaining Relationship quests tied to Sebastian, you can meet your friend at the Undercroft. He will teach you any Unforgivable Curse you might have missed during the game, including Avada Kedavra.

After Saying "No" the First Time

As long as you haven't snitched on Sebastian, he will still be in his lair and willing to teach you Avada Kedavra. So when you're doing the quest, "In the Shadow of Fate," make sure to choose "We must not turn Sebastian in" when you're talking to Ominis Gaunt.

To learn Avada Kedavra in Hogwarts Legacy and unlock the Killing Curse, you need to follow Sebastian Sallow's relationship quest line. This takes place within 'In the Shadow of the Relic' and the game recommends players be above level 28 before starting this quest.

If you turn Sebastian in, he will be expelled from Hogwarts and you will not be able to interact with him again in the game. This means that, if he hasn't already taught you the Unforgivable Curses, now he never will.
