I was visiting in Charlotte for several weeks and had to redo my dip nails. I checked out the reviews and this one kept coming to the top and it was close by. I’m glad I came. The young lady did a great job and with efficiency! Plus, while I waited for a few minutes after she finished (so they could dry), she gave me a shoulder massage, then lathered my hands and arm with lotion. What a treat!

I was in here yesterday for a walk in, I think the tech I had was named Susan. She was fantastic!!! Super detail oriented, made sure my nails were absolutely flawless. I wanted to apologize, because toward the end I was running out of time and had to rush her a bit, I feel like I may have come off a bit rude which was not my intention! She was really sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, I could not recommend this place any higher than I do! Susan was amazing, and it was my fault for not telling her beforehand I was somewhat limited on time! Thank you!

Danica was my nail tech and she was absolutely amazing! I was leaving for vacation and literally just got my nails done and was not happy with the color or the shape. (When you ask for almond shape and you get oval shape) on my lunch break, I stopped in and Danica had me in and out and my nails looked so clean and perfectly almond shaped! She will definitely be my go to tech for natural sns almond shaped nails 🙂

I’m not quite sure how this place has such a high rating. Today was my first experience. I will not be returning. The only thing this place has going for them is the customer service. If you want a friendly person to talk to and don’t care how your nails look, then this is the place for you. The lady that did my pedicure did a great job! She was kind and took her time. I would definitely go back to her. My manicure, however, absolutely terrible. You could see the brush strokes on every finger where she continued to layer the polish. The polish looked so uneven and she got it all over my skin. She kept digging in between my nail and my skin with her nail to try to remove the polish to the point where it was becoming painful. She also didn’t file my nails well. There were a few that she left broken and jagged. At one point I asked her to file them down or clip the nails to make them smooth and she said she would fix it with polish. I wasn’t sure how that was going to work out, but I allowed her to continue. My fingers hurt so bad when she was finished. I ended up leaving and driving straight to another nail salon to have someone else fix it. All of the techs at the other nail place were so shocked by how bad my nails looked and ended up doing a great job fixing them. It took them forever to get the 5 pounds of polish off my nails. This other place ended up doing a full manicure because the lady at this place didn’t shape my nails, file them properly or clip my cuticles. I’m so disappointed with my experience.

They were ok. I’ve had better. I believe they over book and are over worked. At least today they were. I pay good money for my nails and toes. I showed pictures of how I like my nails. They were so busy. Working non stop. I felt bad for the wife. She didn’t do a good job on my nails. They didn’t even clean up the polish on the sides. I was happy to leave. I definitely will not return. Lesson Learned!
